Focusing on the L in ESL
In too many instances in ESL do we see topics become the main subject matter when, more than ever, ESL classes need to be about language and communication.
In this episode, we will hear how we can shift the focus from teaching and learning about topics to teaching and learning about language and communication in a way that can be applied to many topics and situations. This shift brings us to revisit, understand, and communicate our learning intentions with our community for the sake of clarity and purposeful teaching and learning.
